Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. On upgrade we prorate the remaining days; on downgrade the change applies at the end of the current period.
How do Etsy API limits affect plans?
Etsy's 10,000 daily request limit is shared across all plans. Smart Listing quotas (Starter 10/mo, Pro unlimited) exist to manage our AI cost.
How does the 14-day Advanced trial work?
Every new signup gets access to all Advanced features for 14 days. After that you automatically drop to Starter — no card required.
Refund policy?
Refund within the first 7 days, no questions asked. After that the plan runs to period end; we send an email reminder before auto-renewal.
Where does my data go?
Etsy OAuth tokens are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted. Passwords hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (600k iter). No data is sent to third-party analytics.
